Is the Free plan completely free?
Yes. There are absolutely no costs for registration or cancellation. Please use it with complete peace of mind.
Can I cancel my Premium subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. You can easily complete the process with a single click from your “My Page”, and there are no cancellation fees whatsoever.
What happens if I cancel my Premium subscription?
Upon cancellation, your account will be instantly downgraded to the Free plan. Please be aware that 3 months after this downgrade, your account and data will be automatically deleted in accordance with our Free plan policy.
Can I use Gripop on smartphones or tablets?
Yes, you can access and use the Grid Canvas from any device with a web browser.
Are there any ads displayed?
No, there are absolutely no ads, even on the Free plan. However, please note that Free accounts and their data are automatically deleted after 3 months. We highly recommend upgrading to the Premium plan to keep your data safe.
When will I receive the grid data?
The system automatically checks for new grids every 60 seconds. Any grids you receive will appear in the “Received Grids (New) / 届いたグリッド(新着)” section, so please check there.
